If I’m asking you to get real with me, let me start first by getting real with you. Here are some of my takes about careers and business.

You say you don’t know what you want next, but…I don’t believe you.
The best way to get ahead in your career is to grow your awareness of your mind, body, and heart.
Our obsession with perfection has stifled our ability to grow. What we need instead is a healthy love for experimentation and failure.
The way we think about productivity is broken. Our true strength is in our creativity — and optimizing for that looks very different.
Your money narratives are getting in the way the career changes you want. If you only think about saving, you miss the very important skill of investing in yourself.
The world is friendlier, more supportive, and more aligned with you than you think. You just have to put yourself out there to reach for those connections.
Businesses built around real relationships are so much better**.** They are less extractive, serve people better, and are more sustainable to build.
