Working 1-1 with me

I work with folks who are eager to commit towards their deeper career goals, no matter how challenging or scary.

Together, we will design a 1-1 coaching program tailored to you. Here’s what a program might look like:

90 minute vision creation session
Biweekly 60-80 minute video sessions
Unlimited email/text support — because we’re co-creating a relationship together!
Review of materials that are pertinent to your goals (ex. performance packet, presentation, product spec, resume, cover letter etc.)
Personalized exercises, docs, and resources to work with
A dedicated doc with insights from your past sessions

I request that people work with me for 3 to 12 months because creating meaningful change that sticks takes time (and I want you to be equipped with tools that you can continue to employ afterwards!).
